QAntrol Help

 

Clicking on QAntrol Help will display the online QAntrol Help file (CHM Format).

 

Licence Viewer

 

Clicking on the Licence Viewer menu item will open the Licence Viewer window. This window will display the details of the Licence File you are currently connected to. In this window you can also see who else is currently connected to this licence and how many concurrent user licences are available for use.

 

Apply Activation Key

 

This option should only ever be used when instructed to do so by QAntrol Support Staff. It is used in certain circumstances that may have led to the licence file being unusable (eg. tampering with the file).

 

View Error Log

 

Clicking on the View Error Log menu item will open a window containing the contents of the QAntrol Error Log for your instance of QAntrol.

 

If instructed by QAntrol Support Staff to send the error log then follow these instructions:

1.click on this menu item;

2.select all the text by clicking in the text area of the window and pressing CTRL and 'A';

3.copy the text to the clipboard by pressing CTRL and 'C';

4.open an Email message and paste the error log text into the message;

5.send to QAntrol support (support@qantrol.com) or to a specific support person if advised.

 

About QAntrol

 

Clicking on About QAntrol will display a window informing you of the QAntrol version you are running and the current database connected to.
