The Risk Assessments list can be found at: Configuration Menu » Risk Assessments.

This window allows you to customise the Risk Assessments List.

 

Be mindful that editing a item in this list will change all occurrences of that item throughout QAntrol, and that deleting an item will only be allowed if it has not already been linked to other records.
