Developing and managing the Lot Register...

The QAntrol Lot Register is set up to allow the site team too easily and quickly create Lots. The Lot Numbers are generated automatically and the Lot Status is controlled by a logical work flow. The Lot Register displays linked records which include Non-Conformances, Test Requests and Supplier Instructions and provides a flexible interface to sort, filter and manage the information.

The Lot Register can be easily exported to exel in both grid and sorted views. The QAntrol reporting functionality allows monthly (or period) reporting on Key Quality Performance indicators as well as providing live performance charts updated in real time.

The QAntrol Non-Conformance Register provides a proven workflow allowing Non-Conformances and associated Corrective Actions to be raised, dispositions proposed, approved and verified as complete. The Non-Conformance Register provides a status for each Non-Conformance and allows associated Lots to be linked to Non-Conformances.
