Each portal user must be linked to a valid QAntrol User, so before proceeding please make sure there is a valid QAntrol user setup and accessible in the QAntrol Security Manager.

 

Granting Portal access to the QAntrol User

 

•Open QAntrol and go to the Security Manager under the configuration menu.

•Click on the Users node on the left (Tree View)

•Click on the User(s) you require to have Portal Access and click on 'Grant Portal Access' in the bottom toolbar.

•You will see a popup window informing you of the progress of this operation.
