The Drawing Register can be found in the Documents Menu » Drawing Register.

 

Displaying Drawings

The Drawing Register gives you access to all your uploaded Drawings. You can display the drawings in a variety of ways, configured by the Group By option in the toolbar.

 

Group by Project (User Defined Folder Structure)

Select Project from the Group By toolbar field then click Refresh Data.

 

With this grouping you can view the Drawings in your own custom folder structure. Please refer to Creating a Project Folder Structure for information on how to setup these folders.

 

Group by Discipline

Select Discipline from the Group By toolbar field then click Refresh Data. The Drawings are now listed under Discipline folders.

 

Group by Revision

Select Revision from the Group By toolbar field then click Refresh Data.

 

Group by None

Select None from the Group By toolbar field then click Refresh Data.

With this grouping you can view all Drawings in one big list.
